Alex Humphreys wrote a book about finding community in video games and virtual worlds during the COVID Pandemic.

She will be talking about her excellent “Playing with Reality” today at 12pm SLT.

Apart from the fact that yours truly gave a long interview and his “take” is included in the text, I am really happy that the aspect of disability and place (aka a theme that runs through my work for almost 2 decades now) is represented via interviewing Gentle Heron from Virtual Abilty and our friend Shyla, who also does research for this very show.
