This date is reserved for illustrator, graphic novelist, author and former weapons engineer [for real!] Jules Rivera at 12pm SLT.

She recently started putting her sharp pen [and wit] to the classic Mark Trail comic strip, published since 1946.

We will be in a brandnew venue for the occasion, showcasing Jules’ art and we will be discussing the pain and reward of abandoning a secure day job for the excitingly unstable world of independent artistry ….
